What information belongs in a transport quote inquiry?

Organizing a transport inquiry means knowing which details are confirmed and which require discussion. This practical guide focuses on questions rather than unverified service promises.

A preliminary quotation usually needs a contact person, a way to reach them, service type, origins and destinations, approximate passenger count and timing. It does not need ID scans, payroll records, named employee lists or private residential addresses.

If site details are sensitive, start with a general location and clarify through an appropriate channel. The website does not take payment or confirm a booking; the reference identifies your inquiry. Read the privacy policy before submitting.

Before requesting a proposal

Keep a simple note of route locations, timing and approximate group size. Enter only the information needed for the inquiry and avoid attaching sensitive personal data.
