Who we are and what this policy covers

The website prince-travel.com is operated by شركة البرنس لنقل العمالة (in English, El Prince Company for Labor Transport), commercial registration no. 224449, which trades as شركة البرنس للرحلات (El Prince Company for Trips) and offers its services under the Prince Travel (البرنس للنقل) brand. The company is responsible for the information collected through the website, and "we" in this policy means the company. Its registered names are the Arabic ones; the English renderings are translations.

Registered address: 10th floor, 16 El Yemen Street, off Lebanon Street, Mohandessin, Giza, Arab Republic of Egypt.

This policy covers the information we receive through the website, including the quote request form and the contact form. Information we exchange with you later, under a service proposal or a transport contract, is governed by the terms of that proposal or contract.

Information you give us

When you request a quote: the service type, company name, contact person, phone number, email address, pickup location and destination, number of passengers, start date, schedule and shift details, frequency, contract length, and any notes you add.

When you use the contact form: your name, email address or phone number, subject and message.

Each form shows which fields are required. Please do not include information your request does not need, such as health or financial details or identity numbers.

Information recorded automatically

• With each request or message: your IP address and browser type (user agent), which we use to protect the forms against abuse and spam.
• While you browse: a temporary session record that includes your IP address and browser type, deleted once it expires.
• To prevent abuse: a count of form submissions per IP address, kept for no more than an hour.
• When a technical error occurs: details of the error, kept in server logs that are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Cookies

The website uses only two cookies, both needed for it to work:

• prince-travel-session: keeps your browsing session.
• XSRF-TOKEN: protects the forms against forged requests.

Both expire two hours after you last use the website. We do not use advertising cookies or cookies that track you across websites. You can delete cookies in your browser settings, but the forms may not work without them.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure, in aggregate, how many visits the website receives, which pages are viewed most and how quickly they load. It places no cookies on your device, and Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

How we use information

• To review and answer your request or message.
• To assess your transport needs and prepare a quote or service proposal.
• To stay in touch with you about that request.
• To protect the website and its forms against abuse and to fix technical problems.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your information, use it to send you marketing messages, or give it to others for their own purposes.

Why we process it

We process the information you send because you ask us to respond and to consider a service we may agree on. We process technical information because it is needed to run and protect the website.

Who sees it

Requests and messages arrive in the website's admin panel, where only the people we authorize can see them. The internal inbox for inquiries also receives an alert for each new one with a short summary: the service type, company name and passenger count for a quote request, or the sender's name and the start of the message for a contact message.

The website does not send you any automatic emails. When a quote request is received, a reference number is shown on screen.

Service providers and transfers outside Egypt

• Hostinger hosts the website and its database and provides the email service used for internal alerts. The servers the website currently runs on are in the United States.
• Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and measures visits. Every request to the website, including your IP address, passes through its global network.

Each provider handles information only as far as needed to provide its service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or a competent authority requests it.

How long we keep information

• Quote requests and contact messages: we keep them for 24 months from their last activity in our system, such as an update or a change of status. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
• Monthly review: nothing is deleted automatically when that period ends. Each month an authorized administrator reviews the requests that have reached it and either approves their deletion or, where there is a documented legitimate reason to keep a request longer, postpones its review by six months, after which it is reviewed again.
• What is deleted with a request: when deletion is approved, we delete the request, its status history and the team alerts about it in the admin panel and the internal inbox, and we erase its details from the admin system's internal change log, which then shows only that the request existed and that its deletion was approved.
• Exceptions: requests and messages linked to a contract with us, those the law requires us to keep, and those connected with a dispute, a legal claim or a legal hold are not part of this review. We keep them for as long as that purpose or the applicable law requires.
• Session records: deleted once they expire.
• Technical error logs: deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Internal alerts that could not be sent: their records are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Copies of deleted information may remain for a limited time in our hosting provider's backups until they are replaced in its regular backup cycle.

How we protect it

Connections between your browser and the website are encrypted (HTTPS), access to the admin panel is limited to authorized accounts, and system files and the database are not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and let you see it;
• correct or complete information that is inaccurate;
• delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop or restrict processing your information.

Send your request through the contact form with "Privacy request" as the subject, and include contact details that let us confirm the request comes from you. We will reply as soon as we can and within any time limits set by law. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.
