Planning group movement to an event

Organizing a transport inquiry means knowing which details are confirmed and which require discussion. This practical guide focuses on questions rather than unverified service promises.

Start with the time the group actually needs to arrive, then work backward. Where will participants meet? Are there several collection points? Is there a registration or unloading window? Note the expected event finish time, return arrangements, luggage or equipment.

If delegates arrive in separate waves, a single journey may not describe the whole requirement. Clarify one-way versus return movement and any desired waiting period when requesting a proposal.

Before requesting a proposal

Keep a simple note of route locations, timing and approximate group size. Enter only the information needed for the inquiry and avoid attaching sensitive personal data.
